Talbot County’s economy grows through the work of local businesses, employers, entrepreneurs, and community partners. Maryland Economic Development Week offers a chance to bring those people together and hear what matters to them.
Talbot County Economic Development and Tourism, Easton Economic Development Corporation, and the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce invite the community to stop by The Ivy Café on Thursday, Oct. 1, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. The café is located at 12 and 14 W. Dover St. in Easton.
The informal gathering is an opportunity to share ideas, make connections, and talk about how Talbot County can support the businesses and people driving its economy. Stop in for coffee and conversation whenever your morning allows.
Maryland Economic Development Week runs from Sept. 28 to Oct. 2, 2026. Across the state, the observance highlights work to help businesses grow, create jobs, and strengthen communities. In Talbot County, that work begins with listening and working together.
